The last few years have been hard on all of us. We have been asked to carry so much on behalf of our communities. But today, we want to invite you to reflect on what we are carrying—not just on the traumas and grief we have endured but also on the treasures that our ancestors and communities have given and continue to nurture within us.

Reflecting on our gifts— Artist Amanda Phingbodhipakkiya (@alonglastname) is asking you for a contribution: not from your wallet, but from your heart. The contribution of your story to this collaborative project.

In 2024, Amanda will open Let the Future Speak—an installation, zine and digital archive through a civic partnership with the SF Asian Art Museum and a coalition of AAPI-serving nonprofits. Your contributions will live on as part of an archive of voices, sounds, stories, histories, memories, hopes, fears, desires, opportunities, names, faces, events, moments, visions and radical imagination.
